I thought the spider web print with the green paper print worked well since the spider on the web print has green eyes which coordinate with the green pattern paper.

I also changed the size of the green and black strip in the middle of the card. But that's what's great about sketches, you don't have to follow them exactly when you are making Halloween cards.

Once you lay out the background of your Halloween greeting card, you can place your stickers, sentiment or embellishments practically anywhere when you make a Halloween card.

For this handmade card making project, I created the sentiment on my computer and printed it on small clear labels. I then positioned it and adhered it under the bow.

I used a sheer black ribbon to make a bow on my Halloween card craft. I then placed an adhesive gem over the bow. The last embellishment I used for my handmade Halloween card is a dimensional ghost sticker. You can also use a sticker of a spider, mummy or witch for your unique Halloween card if you don't like ghosts.

When you make Halloween birthday greeting cards, you can customize it. Since I use clear labels for my Halloween card designs, I can add a name or personal message which will make it personalized.
