Happy Mothers Day Cards

Happy mothers day cards can be created with gems and fabric flowers. For homemade card ideas, use a decorative corner punch to make it delicate.

Make a 5" x 5" card for your Mothers Day card ideas. This handmade card making design works well with a square card but you can also make it rectangular if you wish.

For my cardmaking ideas using punches with lots of small details, I try to use a solid color and then pick a darker color for the background. This handmade Mothers Day card has a dark pink background.

I often use stickers for my homemade greeting cards ideas, but I didn't have one that matched so I used fabric flowers instead and added a gem in the center.

Handmade Mothers Day cards will always be cherished so you can never go wrong with whatever design you choose.

Using a butterfly stamp, I created this Mothers Day card using glitter. The tool I used was a scallop border punch along the bottom of the pink paper and embellished it with grosgrain ribbon which is placed along the corner of the sentiment.

After you type your sentiment on your computer, print it out on a laser printer and cut it out in a rectangular shape. Carefully cut out the butterfly image after you add glitter. Once the glitter is dry, adhere it below the sentiment.
