Handmade Cards for Birthdays : you can create lots of unique and fun styles just by looking through your card making supplies. Use dimensional stickers, ribbon, punch and other card making techniques.

If you are looking for an idea to use up your remnants of scrapbook pattern paper or trinkets laying around in your supplies box, this is the go-to card.

You can use left over ribbon, stickers or that heart punch that's been sitting around since Valentines Day.

I don't throw anything away just so I can come up with fun ideas like this handmade birthday card.

MATERIALS:
• (4) Styles or colors of scrapbook pattern paper 2" w x 2" h
• Printed message from scallop punch
• Ribbon
• Hearts from punch or other embellishment
• Stick-on gems
• Heart button
• Blank white card 5" x 5" (or you can cut a 6 1/2" w x 5" h down to size)

TOOLS:

• Foam tape
• Double sided tape
• Heart punch
• Adhesive dots or glue gun
